Return and Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order from AktualTM
Innovations India Pvt. Ltd. Please contact us if you don’t like your purchase for any reason.
Returns and refunds may be initiated within 5 days of purchase date, as long as they are accompanied by proof of purchase.
If you are not happy with your order for any product quality or defect, please send us an Email on support@aktual.in
Let us know why you are unhappy. We’ll investigate at our end. either send out the product to our warehouse we will replace or refund – whatever suits you best.
Please note the following about our returns and refund policy:
Order Processing
Order will be dispatched within 3 working days of the order placement. Customer will receive the order within 10 working days from the date of dispatch.
Refund and Exchange procedure
In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please raise a complaint within 2 days of receiving the product. We will verify the claims at our end and send a new batch of product against it.
The refunds will be processed within 15 working days of receiving the parcel.
Everything will be notified to the complainant through emails. In case of an exchange – products of the same value will be sent to you.
